Submit content, images, and approvals on time
Ensure they have legal rights to all materials provided
Vels Infotech is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content. - Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and content remain the property of Vels Infotech until full payment is received
After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client, except third-party licensed items - Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope
Major changes or new features will be billed additionally - Third-Party Services
Vels Infotech may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, or APIs. We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or policy changes. - Limitation of Liability
Vels Infotech shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Business loss, data loss, or revenue loss
Website or app downtime caused by third-party services - Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are delayed or unpaid
Terms are violated
Abusive or unethical behavior is observed
