Refund Policy

Vels Infotech, managed by Velmurugan S, follows a strict refund policy for all services provided.
Advance Payment
All advance or token payments are non-refundable
Advance payments are collected to cover project setup, hosting, tools, and resources
Service-Based Work
No refunds will be issued once the project work has started
No refunds for completed or partially completed services
Third-Party Costs
The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Domain registration
Hosting services
Plugins, themes, software licenses
Third-party tools or APIs
Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has started, no refund will be provided
If the project is cancelled before work begins, only refundable amounts (if any) will be decided at our discretion
Delayed or Non-Cooperation
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by:
Lack of client response
Delay in content, approvals, or feedback
Change in project scope after approval
Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of services and access.
